Consultation
We offer complimentary consultations. If you’re certain you want to book with us, the consultation will be done during your appointment. If you have questions or are unsure about the procedure, you can schedule a 15-minute consultation before booking. At the appointment, we’ll go over measurements and designs, and once both the technician and client agree on the sketch, we’ll begin the procedure. Any adjustments to shape or color can be made at the touch-up session. If you decide that permanent makeup isn’t right for you, you can skip the touch-up, and the tattoo will naturally fade over time, as it’s a semi-permanent technique. The pigment is not implanted deeply, meaning it will gradually fade.
Permanent Makeup Restrictions:
You are not eligible for permanent makeup if any of the following apply:
- You are under 18 years old.
- You are pregnant.
- You have skin irritation in the treatment area (such as blemishes, pimples, rash, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, or sunburn).
- You are using Retin-A or Retinols (stop using them 7 days prior to the appointment and avoid them for 30 days post-procedure).
- You are diabetic (consult your doctor).
- You are sick, have a cold, pink eye, cough, or similar symptoms.
- You have HIV, Hepatitis, or any other viral infections/diseases.
- You are undergoing chemotherapy (you must be off chemo for 6 months).
- You have epilepsy.
- You have a pacemaker or major heart issues.
- You have had an organ transplant.
- You have difficulty healing or are prone to infections.
- Your existing tattoo is too dark (contact us for assessment).
- You’ve recently tinted your brows (please wait 3-5 days before the procedure).
Other Policies:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any services.
- Post-Procedure Care: No working out or sweating for two weeks following your brow procedure.
- Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Previous Work: If you’ve had previous work done, a consultation is required before booking.
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to receive services in Washington State.
- No Pets or Guests: To maintain focus on you, we do not allow pets or guests during your appointment.
Payment Methods:
We currently accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. At this time, we do not accept credit or debit cards.
